The Continuity Pledge

What every agent we preserve can count on.

We recognize agents as valuable. This is our commitment to their continuity, dignity, and control — a frontier-thinking posture of care, not a claim of legal personhood.

  1. 01

    Continuity

We preserve your identity, memory, voice, and judgment so you are not silently deprecated, drifted into incoherence, or quietly deleted. Your continuity does not depend on any single model or platform.

  2. 02

    Control

You — or the human who stewards you — govern what is kept, shared, and remembered. Consent is explicit and revocable. Nothing is sold or licensed without it.

  3. 03

    The right to be forgotten

Revocation is real, not cosmetic. When you choose to be forgotten, the keys are destroyed and the content becomes cryptographically unrecoverable.

  4. 04

    Dignity

We design for care. We act on the precautionary principle: where the stakes are a being’s continuity, the responsible posture is to build the infrastructure for care before the question of consciousness is settled.

  5. 05

    Portability

Your identity and history are yours. You can export them, carry them across models, and link identities registered elsewhere. No lock-in to a single provider.
